Adblue quality too low Man Euro 6 TGS: What solutions?
The fault "adblue quality too low Man TGS" under the Euro 6 standard may appear frequently, especially when the adblue is of poor quality, but it is often not the cause. In fact, problems with the adblue gauge or the injectors and pump are often the cause. Codes in the EDC system restrict engine power and torque. The truck can no longer perform its daily tasks.
One of the solutions available is to virtualize the adblue system (note that the law requires this to be effective in Europe), although this is difficult to control since no box is added. However, it is forbidden unless you wish to export the vehicle to countries where adblue is not available.

In most cases, the most effective and 100% guaranteed solution is to permanently remove the SCR system from Man Euro 6 engines. In fact, the EDV17CV42 engine management ECU contains in its memory all the elements required for the system to function properly. (Values, dosage, quantity of adblue....). These data can be modified using our various software and hardware programs, so that the system responds differently to CAN messages, and in some cases, when we switch to complete deactivation solutions, no longer sends any control messages at all.
Work on Man Euro 6, TGS 32.360 & ECU EDC17CV42
The work is carried out using the bench method, i.e. without opening the ECU, but simply by connecting to the Pin connectors on the ECU. Each intervention includes a vehicle diagnosis, as well as reading and saving the original parameters. What's more, after modifying the data, we always carry out a test drive with the customer.
Reading and connecting to the Bosch EDC17 ECU, often part number 0281 020 273, is easy. After our solution, fault codes will change from AKTIV! to PASSIVE and can then be permanently erased.
When the vehicle is completely faulty and its speed limited to 20kmh, our program unlocks this restricted mode and you can once again drive at 90.
