    Reprogramming R620 Scania V8: It's possible, and it will transform your vehicle. In fact, this Scania's 16L V8 block is very robust and offers a power increase of around 80hp and, above all, a torque increase to 3300Nm from the original 3000Nm. So, in addition to the pleasure of driving with free exhaust at all times (faultless thanks to our SCR solution), you also benefit from reduced fuel consumption.

    An engine of the DC16 18 (R560) or DC16 17 (R620) type will deliver gains in the order of 3 to 6L per 100km. Note also that if you own a Scania R560, you can also get up to 700hp. In fact, Scania has taken the block and internals of the R620, transferred all the external parts of the 620 (injectors, fuel pump, turbo, intake and exhaust manifolds) from the 650 to the 560, and modified the power only in the engine mapping.

    Changing torque settings and Adblue system

    When you opt for a free-flowing exhaust system or a poppet system on this type of vehicle, the gases no longer pass through the original after-treatment system, so when you're driving, there's a good chance you'll have a fault on the dashboard, with a restriction in torque. The same applies if the SCR system fails. With our solution, you can avoid all these inconveniences, so you can drive with peace of mind.

    AdBlue system deactivation on closed roads only

    The AdBlue system can be deactivated in the following legal cases.
    - Driving in countries not subject to the Euro 6 standard (Maghreb, Africa)
    - Truck intended for export to non-Euro 6 countries
    - Use on closed or private roads: rallies & meetings
    - Track use: PaceTruck, Parade (24h du Mans, Castellet...)
