Scania R560 reprogramming can significantly improve the performance of your Scania V8 Euro 5. The Scania V8 560 is identical to that of a 620, except that the electronics restrict torque and power. On this model we have the DC16 18 L01 engine block, identical in every respect to the DC16 17 L01 powering the R620. After a lengthy comparison of the components between the 560 and the 620, the result is that the transmission and fuel injection system are the same. Injectors, turbo, driveshaft, clutch... We start with a R620 mapping, then modify the R620 parameters to achieve a power output of 680/700hp and an additional engine torque of 600Nm. Please note that thanks to our direct connection to Scania tools, we can see live, and above all before we come, the possible engine reprogramming possibilities on your vehicle. We have all the part numbers fitted to your vehicle, and we don't just put in a program at random. Everything is made to measure, and we also test in the presence of the driver (before/after videos at the bottom of the page).

During this Scania R560 reprogramming, we diagnosed the AdBlue system, which was totally malfunctioning. We therefore opted to remove the system, with the option of fitting a switch to activate it (carried out directly by the customer). This allows the system to be deactivated when used on closed roads or during rallies. The AdBlue system made it totally impossible to use the truck, with an enormous lack of torque and power. The 6/7% mountain roads we took for a test drive were driven at 25km/h unladen. Then, after an initial test to show the customer that our solution works and that we have the means to change the parameters to counter all kinds of problems, we climbed the same hill at 44T200 at 38/40km/h, then once we switched to R690 mode, we gained a further 10km/h without forcing up the revs and one and a half gears.
