Adblue Man TGS 32.360 fault: SCR & EDC 04547-02
Eradication of EDC & SCR faults on MAN Euro 6 TGS 32.360. Faults 04547-02 EDC & 05556-10 SCR can be permanently removed from the corresponding system, i.e. the Bosch EDC17 engine ECU and the Emitec Euro 6 SCR ECU. The procedure is performed directly by reading and writing a new program in your TGS 32.360, in order to reparameterize the data relating to the emission treatment system.
No AdBlue system on Man Euro TGS 32.360 with Bosch EDC17CV42 ECU management
All Man Euro 6 trucks designed between 2014 and 2019 are equipped with a Bosch EDC17CV42 engine management ECU and an Emitec SCR box that also manages the recycling and post-treatment of emitted gases. Intervening in the heart of the engine management ECU will therefore enable a different exhaust gas treatment cycle to be initialized. In this way, the faults present in the engine ECU and SCR (EDC & SCR on the dashboard) will be completely eliminated, and the vehicle will regain its full working capacity.

Intervention on Man TGS 8×4 32.360
The aim is to inhibit the various variables corresponding to the AdBlue system, such as adblue level (quantity), injection suppression, as well as any error codes that may relate to the SCR system.

Adblue Man TGS 32.360 fault: After our intervention, the Speed Limit (maximum operating speed of the truck) is reset from 20 Km/h to 90 Km/h. The vehicle recovers its torque and power.
