DXi 430 engine power reduction problem and permanent deletion - What to do?
In many cases, and particularly on public works trucks, AdBlue system faults occur. Gauge, sensor, pump, injector, wiring harness problems.... Many of these problems are well known, and no longer allow you to work in optimal conditions, as your vehicle enters a degraded mode that reduces engine torque. As a result, it's virtually impossible to climb hills under load.

How do I solve a power loss problem on a DXi engine?

On Premiums, but also on other models in the range equipped with DXi engines, such as Midlums and Magnums, or Keraxes, we offer various solutions to definitively solve the problem of engine power and torque restriction on your Renault. The first, if you're far from our center, is to use an AdBlue emulation box. This is coupled to the original wiring harness and operates on the vehicle's CAN BUS network. Our box is programmed to send the right information to the engine ECU, preventing it from restricting the truck.

The exhaust gas cleaning and AdBlue indicators go out after the system virtualization box is installed. The second solution is to program the vehicle for downgrading to Euro 3, i.e. ready for use in countries not meeting the Euro standard. In theory, this is forbidden unless you wish to export it, but the electronic modification is totally undetectable. When we switch to the box emulation solution, we can pre-set the adblue level you want to see on the dashboard.

What happens after we install our virtualization solution on Premium Euro 5?

Once you've installed our box or programmed the vehicle, you can forget about problems with reduced DXi engine power. The truck regains its original torque and power, and no longer consumes AdBlue. So you can feel confident about your day-to-day operation.
