Adblue FAP EGR removal Renault C430
Preparing the vehicle for export to Africa
Renault C430 Euro 6 Adblue FAP EGR suppression is particularly useful when you want to export your vehicle to a country not subject to the Euro 6 standard. In some African countries, the Euro 3 standard is still in force, meaning that trucks have no particulate filter, no EGR valve and no adblue system. Adblue is almost impossible to find in some regions, and if you don't want to break down, it's highly advisable to remove everything.
What does it mean to do away with everything?
It's possible to remove all the anti-pollution devices from a Renault C430 (or any other Renault Euro 6)! The operation involves completely reprogramming the vehicle. The EMS engine ECU and the ACM communicate with each other via the vehicle's CANbus network. We read the memories of both units and deactivate particle filter regeneration, EGR valve opening and closing, and urea injection (AdBlue).
Physically lock the anti-pollution elements on your C430 DTi 11
After electronic deletion of exhaust gas aftertreatment management data, it is advisable and even mandatory to physically remove the particulate filter cartridge (DPF). Since regeneration is no longer possible, the filter could become clogged over time, preventing exhaust gases from escaping over the long term, and even rising up in the intake system, creating excess pressure. This excess pressure could damage the turbocharger, for example, which is why we recommend that you empty the FAP or remove its cartridge.
